Why haven’t I received my order?

  • Your order has not been shipped or it is in transit to the address provided. We recommend you check the tracking either the one we sent you or via when the order was fulfilled
  • Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases, orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us
  • Your order may have been returned for the following reasons:
  1. The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery
  2. The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete 
  3. The package was rejected during customs clearance

I did not receive my order, why is the tracking status showing as delivered?

Possible reasons could be:

  • The delivery address is incorrect
  • Someone else has signed for the parcel 
  • The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days
  • The parcel has been delivered and left in your mailbox 

If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us

If the shipping address is correct, we recommend you check your Mailbox and look around your property to be sure it has not been left outside. If you can not find the package, please contact us.

Please wait for a few more days (your package(s) is on its way 😃)

  • Your order has just shipped out and shipping information will be updated in the coming days , we recommend you can track logistics information in the next 5-10 days.
  • If it still shows that the logistics information is Not Found , please contact our after-sale customer service team and provide them with order number & the problem.

Payments Options

PayPal Payment

  1. Log in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
  2. Enter your Card Details; the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please check it is correct, then click Submit
  3. Your Payment will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to you.

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address

We accept all Visa Cards and Mastercards. All payments are SSL Encrypted

Return instructions

  • Our goal is to hope that every customer can buy a satisfactory product. We have a professional quality inspection team to check your merchandise before shipment to ensure that the quality of the product meets the standards and your expectations.
  • We apologize in advance if you are not satisfied with the goods you received. You have the right to initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving the package. We will provide a quick exchange and return process. If you have any questions, please contact us 😃.
  • Note: To improve customer satisfaction, since July 1, 2019, our return application time limit has changed from within 14 days after receiving the goods to within 30 days after receiving the goods.

Return request

  1. You have 30 days to decide whether the goods are suitable for you. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to contact us to return your goods within 30 days after receiving the goods
  1. For hygiene and health reasons, if the product hasn't a quality issue, jewelry or items of clothing such as swimwear and bottom of underwear cannot be returned (sorry 🙇).
  1. The returned products must be unused in the original packaging, and we do not accept returned merchandise that is worn, damaged, or washed in any way
  1. Based on the principle of negotiation, we do not accept products that you return directly without contacting us
  1. We are not refundable your shipping charge if Non-quality issues returned products

Return Process

If you have a return request, please follow the process below and we will process your request as soon as possible.

  1. Contact our customer service department and submit your return request and order information, we will follow you up to the fastest time
  1. After the return application is approved, we will send you a return information email, and please return the goods according to the return information of the mail
  1. Send the goods to us at the local post office
  1. Contact customer service and submit a return shipping tracking number and voucher
  1. We will process the replacement or refund to your account and accordance with our return conditions within 3-6 business days after receiving the package

Refund time

For orders returned or exchanged, we will refund or resend new orders within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned package. As always, please contact us if you have any issues. Your satisfaction is ours without you, we will cease to exist
